Hi,
I was looking into the benefits of Intuitive Eating and I came across Bashy Halberstam who is a health coach and helps people. Does anyone have any experience with her? Is it worth it to join her program?
Is she a nice, non-judgmental person? I am very complexed about my eating and need someone who won't judge me.

She is a super nice extremely non-judgemental person
She is also trained by multiple people / schools / modalities and is very well versed on all topics health/body
On top of that she is patient and very understanding
I recommend her

I know her as a person, didnt use her professionally. At the time, she lived in Wmsbg idk where she lives now.
I knew her before she went into practice, and was on my diet group. She created and shared tons of recipes, with the group and also consolidated the recipes of all the shares combined, into a nice recipe book. She is a nice person.

She is from Williamsburg. Know her personally and she is very well versed in all topics of health and body. She is definitely non judgemental and down to earth. I didn't do her program but from dealing with her, I felt she is very understanding
