Does anyone have a running program? I currently walk/jog on the treadmill 4 times a week for 45 min and would like to begin running but I need to condition myself, My heartrate goes up to fast plus my shins sometimes hurt. Does anyone have a program they can e-mail me or attach here?

I actually just started taking a running class. We generally just do short sprints - like 1/8 of a mile, then jog an 8th of a mile, then sprint and repeat.
My shins are sore! Everything is sore!
If we do 1/4 mile sprints, then we walk or jog 1/4 mile until our heart rate goes down again.
