I need a new exercise program. I like to walk/jog, pilates, crunches, and bike.
Any ideas on how to put those things into a normal 5 day a week workout?

Bike or Jog 3 times a week and at the end, do several sets of crunches
Alternate the 3 days of cardio with pilates.
