This is from KBD Entertains. It is a recipe that is supposed to be used with a certain frosting, btu I really didn't like the frosting. The cake is one fo the best chcolate cakes I have ever had though.

1 cup canola oil
2.5 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tea vanilla
2 tea coffee or espresso powder dissolved in 2 cups hot water (I sometimes just use water)
1 cup Dutch cocoa
3 cup flour
1 tea salt
1 tea bkg powder
1 tea bking soda

I think I posted it as "chocolate lover's dream brownies". Do a search for that thread.
