Usually we finish the fish by the end of Shabbos, but for those times that we have some left in the fridge, what do you do with leftover fish?
I usually boil or bake mine. Is there a recipe for making it into a "new" dish? Has anyone breaded and fried leftover fish slices? or mashed it and made it into burgers?

I am sure you can bread and fry it. Quick & Kosher has a salmon gefilte fish croquette recipe, but it calls for a raw gefilte fish loaf.
Personally, when we have leftovers, I like to eat a cold, moist slice of gefilte fish in a small challah roll sandwich for lunch. But other people think that idea sounds gross

Yum, with a smear of chrain.
I found that it lasted until the next shabbos and that was it. It really depends on which gefilte fish, homemade and not.
