Sunday thru Thursday is fleishig, Motzei Shabbos is frozen food-blintzes, knishes, pizza etc. or sandwiches or food from the pizza store.

The only time we eat milchigs in middle of the week is if we eat out or are invited for supper at my parents and they are making milchigs...

We don't do fleish more than 1-2X a week. We don't do fish more than 1-2X a week. And we rarely do dairy. Most meals include pasta (usually whole wheat, though DH prefers regular) or brown rice, with either lentils, beans, or a vegetable heavy sauce. FI, Monday we had pasta and vegetable sauce with fake meat; last night we had tuna patties with whole wheat pasta and tomato sauce; tonight we're having white-bean-soup and rice; tomorrow we'll probably have gvetch (vegetable stew) with bulghur or brown rice. Maybe one night we'll do hot dogs or a ground beef based pasta sauce or taco filling (beef and rice). That's a pretty typical week for us.

Sunday: Something dairy for lunch, sometimes out to eat for dinner
Monday: leftovers
Tuesday: New recipe night!
Wednesday: Meat
Thursday: Pasta (dairy)

Used to stick to it a lot more than now. I really like trying out new recipes, so I like having one night a week for it. Doesn't always happen, but if I put it on the schedule, it's more likely!

Monday - fleishigs
Tuesday- fleishigs
Wednesday-usually milchigs = pasta fish etc but not set in stone
Thurs - fleishigs
Friday fleishigs
Motzei Shabbos - DS gets fish sticks or soup or some sort of leftovers, I usually settle for ice cream, DH leftover meat from shabbos! I never make anything after shabbos other than like maybe an omelet
