I have a baby jogger city elite double, just a few months old, and I am ready to sell it! I couldn't get it into the trunk of a car this week. I actually love it and find it wheels very well. I mostly walk, don't use a car too much, but still I do need it to fit. Also I find it a bit heavy. Any suggestions what I can get instead of this if I do sell?

But it's an umbrella style stroller, those are usually pretty heavy to push around too much. If it's a second one for the car only, then it should be fine, but to use it on a regular basis for walking.. you might end up breaking your back.

Either sell it and get the BJ City Mini or if you do like it for walking - keep it, and see if you could swing another stroller like the lightweight one on shnoop.

Sell it and get 2 -- a cheap umbrella one for the car and a different, cheaper jogger for walking

like which jogging stroller do you suggest?
besides, I don't own a car so I can't store a stroller there so a second stroller would just take up more storage space. Also I do find the bj elite quite heavy and I do have to take it up a few steps every day.
Anyone have feedback on the baby jogger mini? Does it wheel as well as the strollers with big wheels? How well does it go up steps? How is the handle hight? I know it's not adjustable, so will my very tall husband be comfortable pushing? Any other comments?
Any other suggestions for a smaller not umbrella type double stroller?

Oh, if you don't own a car, forget it. You won't be using it often enough.
You can also look into the Valco Twin Latitude. That has an adjustable handlebar -- perhaps better for your husband -- pushes nicer than an umbrella, but isn't a full jogger. It's heavier than the City Mini, but not nearly as heavy as a full jogger like your Elite.
