Their website says that most things are certified kosher. However, I was browsing in Michael's today and couldn't even find the basic O-U! Does anyone know how kosher their products are?

I asked Rabbi Blumenkranz o.b.m. about that Hechsher (forgot which. I think something in louisiana) and he said it's fine. I don't use it in Israel, but I believe most Americans do rely on that Hechsher.

I was also going to chime in with the OV. I use it (in Israel).
