Does anyone have any recipes for gluten free hamantashen? my daughter really wants me to make some for Purim so she wont feel left out. this is going to be a hard yom tov for her, she is only 5.

I have a recipe for gluten free hamentashen, You need Xanthan gum for it. I am from Montreal and to find Ksher xanathan gum here was next to impossiple. If you are from Mtl, I can give you mine, I do not need it anymore.
AS FOR THE RECIPE, I will bring it with me next time and post it.

make a basic mix of:
3 cups of rice flour
1 cup of potato flour
1/2 cup of tapioca flour
Hamentashen dough
3/4 cup of marg
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
3 cups of above mix
2 tsp of xanathan gum
1/4 cup of orange juice
to make reg, use white flour and onit the xanathan gum!!
beat marg sugar salt and vanilla. Beat in egg.
Alternate oj and flourmixed with the gum. Do in three additions. divide dough into two lumps, Wrap in plastic and refridgerate. overnight. use sweet rice flour to roll out douhg. cut circles, put filling, fold, place on baking sheet bake at 350 for 20 mins
