has anyone ever tried this? I really need to loose weight and it is very hard for me. I wanted to know if this works for only small amounts of weight to loose or could it also work for a very large amount of weight to loose (about 60 - 80 pds.)

I tried it once for weight loss...it was totally useless. However, my WW leader actually trained in hypnosis & at one of the meetings he tried it on us. I actually found myself under...it was weird, I knew what was going on but I couldn't move. It wasn't an unpleasant feeling, I was surprised.
So I suppose it depends on the competency of the hypnotherapist. If I could "go under", anyone can.

im trying some program now called think and lose.
im not sure it will help but I dont think it will harm me either..
the program costs money but I found it online (wouldnt pay for it)
