does anyone have any ideas what I can give my almost ten month old to eat when she is allergic to milk soya and I was also told no gluten? im really stuck on easy things to give her that she can eat herself because im trying to get her to feed herself so I want things that I can put on her tray so she can learn to chew and stuff

Soft fruit (bananas, peaches, apricots, peeled apple, melon, peeled pear)
Soft veggies (steamed carrots, beans, sweet potato, squash)
Well cooked (maybe even "soggy") rice. Gluten-free oatmeal. Quinoa. Arrowroot flour cookies & bread. Rice flour crackers (NOT rice cakes!).

Get rice or corn pasta. Also baked beans are a good protein - if you don't mind how messy she gets, put them on the tray and she can feed herself. Can she have eggs? Scrambled eggs. And corn thins as a finger food.

This may sound gross, but I give ds tuna fish without mayo to eat with his fingers. He loves it- also scrambled eggs.
