3/4 t. pepper
3/4 t. ginger
3/4 t. coriander
less than 1/4 t. allspice
3/4 T. dark brown sugar

1 t. olive oil
Mix spices together, set aside. Brush salmon with oil. Smear each piece with spice mix, rubbing it in well. Place salmon in a small pan. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 350. Put pan of salmon in oven and bake for 10-15 min and then broil for 10 min. Serve warm, not hot.
