I am trying to help someone who is in need of a bracha and advice.

they would like to speak to a mekubal in israel.
its for a older girl who needs a shidduch- she has younger sisters and the mother is getting frantic.
anyone have any reccomendations?

Yes. They might not officially publicize it. Actually, I don't know which one on this list is not.

I've never heard of R' Akiva Rabinowitz. Did you mean R' Gamliel Rabinowitz, in Geulah? He too is a Mekubal. I have to say, most of the Rabbanim listed above, in my humble opinion, will answer your questions with huge amounts of knowledge, insight, and siyata dishmaya. But if OP is looking for the mekubal experience where someone might wave their hands and mutter secret scriptures and read palms and foreheads, they would not be the right address.

Does anyone know how to reach Harav Chananya Pinto now? We have met with him previously when he was visiting our city. We need to speak to a mekubal very badly. We tried Chacham Hillel and he wasn't the right person.
