How do you make teriyaki salmon? I have about a lb of baby salmon fillet (one large piece) and teriyaki sauce. Do I need any other special ingredients?

So do you just pour some sauce on top of salmon and bake the usual amount of time? (I normally do about 20 min at 350..?)

If you already have a pre-made teriyaki sauce, you can just use it straight from the bottle.
You might want to poke a fish a bit before cooking so that the marinade penetrate, and
let it marinate for a while before baking.

I use duck sauce- about 1/2 cup teriyaki, and 2/3 cup duck sauce. I also add 3 tablespoons oil. That usually does it for me!

Until recently all I did was pour terriyaki over the salmon and baked it. We ate a meal out recently the host had used sessame terriyaki first she shmeared crushed garlic from a jar then poure sauce sprinkled dill she said she uses fresh or dried and a thin slice lemn and bakes it. I varried that because certain picky people here did not like the pieces I use the sauce garlic powder and a little dill has great taste and looks pretty.
