Soup.
Miso soup.
Stuff you can really have a lot: salads (no dressing except vinegar and lemon!), veggies, many fruits...
Or hyper protein stuff, often "heavy" and low in calories.

I totally dislike the idea of stuffing urself up with fruits or veggies or soup just stretches the stomach, though it's not fattening or high in sugar. It gives you the feeling that u need to feel stuffed in order to feel full!!

I don't know, if I drink a miso soup bowl I'm almost full, and if then I take some edamame I can't even finish.

They're filling but loaded with tons of fat, calories, sugar and other unhealthy stuff so you feel full.

I find that fruit and veggies and soup make me feel full at the time but don't "last". On the contrary sometimes you get this empty feeling afterward.
Carbs and protein combined gives that feeling. Chose whole grain and low fat foods.

They're more like a candy bar. They're not a protein bar.

Fiber is filling. What about Fiber One cereal or whole wheat pancakes in the morning? It starts the day off where you'll be less hungry for most of it...
For a snack at night, try a whole wheat, high-fiber pita pizza with fat-free cheese. (Proten, calcium, etc)
