I printed out invitation labels, but for some reason all NJ labels printed without the zipcode.
What can I do it should appear on the labels?

I typed the list in microsoft excel & printed from microsoft word (mail merge)

probably because NJ begins with a "0", go back in excel, highlight the column and make it a text column

I tried doing that it didnt work, any other options?
Unless if I didnt do the right thing. How do I change it to text?

After you change the format of the column to text, you have to actually double click in each cell or it won't change. If you change the formatting to text before typing then you wouldn't have to do this.

Go into Excel and put an apostrophe before the 0. For example, it would read
Englewood, New Jersey '07631
Do this before each zip code beginning with 0. The apostrophe will NOT show up in Word.
