Quick question,
I have leftover lamb curry, but I took it out to heat up for dinner and I see it's mostly sauce and not much lamb left.
Can I just saute some pepper steak and through it in to the sauce and mix it up, or it will taste off??

I don't see why not. I'd pound the pepper steak first to tenderize it though.
