This workout DVD has gotten rave reviews online and I would love to order it.

My question is........
I am due to deliver this month bezras hashem and have lots of weight to lose. I was a moderate exerciser before pregnancy but wasn't able to exercise throughout the entire pregnancy. This particular workout is very intense and I'm wondering if this is a good idea for someone like me who is probably considered a beginner as I haven't exercised for 9 months plus postpartum.....almost like a year.

For those who have done this, what would you say? Is it a good idea for a beginner? Can I start as soon as I get the clearance from my doctor to begin exercising at the postpartum checkup?
And lastly what were your experiences? Did you see the results you expected.

It's very intense & I pulled a calf muscle which was excruciating for a week. But I'd like to get back to it again. I think it's very good. I just have a hard time seeing it on my laptop (which I have to move into my living room!)

it is a real intense workout but there is a beginner stage, its really great works great for the stomach and hips.

I think it's a great DVD, but too vigorous for your present condition. I wouldnt recommend it for immediate post partum either, but wait a bit....
