I haven't bought tylenol or motrin since the recalls. What's safe to use?

I don't think Tempra was affected. Ask your Dr. or pharmacist to be sure. Whatever was recalled is off the shelves. I also think it was only liquids, not chewable/meltable pills. Can your kids take those?

He's going to scream wicked with off brands. I have Preferred plus and it took about 1/2 hour for him to take that. Adwe won't work and I'm not sure about tempra. I can't ask my doctor as I need it for tonight.

If it's on the shelves I can assume it's ok to use?

Oy, refuah shelaima. Yes, if it's on the shelf it's ok. They have to remove it by law when there's a recall. Assuming it's a normal drugstore.
don't know how old your cutie is...can you bribe him with a treat after? Or between sucks of a lolly?

My cutie's almost five, but a bribe at 3 am won't go over too well. LOL LOL

I think Path Mark would be a safe bet to find something.

Thanks

Our CVS didn't have plain generic acetaminophen or ibuprofen, only cold and flu. I got childrens Advil and generic acetaminophen in Walmart.
Refuah Shlaima.

I just bought the Tylenol meltaways and my daughter loved them. We had never used them before, only the liquids. Advil makes them too. They are even on the Star-K or Kof-K kosher medicines list. The only problem is that they are "officially" for ages 6-11, but I pro-rated it and gave her 1 and 1/2 pills instead of 2. You can call your pediatrician and I'm sure he/she will tell you the safe amount to use depending on age/weight.

For future reference, you can find/search Tylenol recall lot numbers here:
http://www.mcneilproductrecall.....l.inc

but, yes, I'd agree that they'd have to take them off the shelves by law.
