I'm curious too. I've never met anyone who did WW and honestly stuck to it and didn't lose. Sure, some lose slower, but they still lose steadily if they stick with it.

Maybe they considered my advice advertisement... big deal. As if I had any link to the company I mentioned. I can only wish I was the owner. Check her, she's a nice Mizrachi lady, and NOT related to me...

I did weight watchers for years and I never was able to lose more than 30 lbs due to metabolic issues, and just plain willpower never being enough to get to goal while eating so little. Guess what? I got bariatric surgery and it's two years later and I am down 83 lbs and very happy I did it. Message me if you need to be put into the right direction for surgical options. Good luck!

bariatric surgery doesnt work for everyone either and can lead to many complications. Why are people so fast to jump to surgery and HCG?
I would also want to know why WW didn't work.
For me adding different things as I went along helped my ww continue to work and if you lost 30 pounds with WW doesnt mean it didn't work it means you didn't reach your goal and lack of willpower also doesnt mean it didn't work. It means you didn't finish. etc.
I'm glad surgery worked for you poster above though.
OP, what about it didn't work? did you not lose at all was it not structured enough? was it not restrictive enough? etc. etc. etc.

The last time I did ww it also didnt work - and I did it properly. Lost a total of 4lb in 12 weeks! And I filled in the trackers, and didnt go over points...
Partly because I had been watching my weight for years already, when I started ww and had so many points, I would use up points on junk.
I have now been doing slimming world, and have lost 16lb in 12 weeks...
