You might want to check out the HHCG diet at www.myfatcure.com

If you're interested, go to the link, watch the video and then download the book.

If you decide to go for it, please use that link to buy it as I'll get a referral credit.

Feel free to PM me with any questions (if you do that I'll give you an email address to follow up via email).

Good luck.

the difference is on "slim" you lose the wweight and you keep it off. On other fad, fast weight loss programs, just like fast cash programs, you lose, but not what you want to lose!!!

Eat whatever you want but miniscule portions. Meaning go down to 800 calories a day or even less, but balanced, just very very little food. After a few days you get used to the empty feeling. It becomes normal.

Doing an Atkins/South Beach type diet may be ideal for you. These are "lifestyle" type of diets. There are a few phases. First phase being the most restricting regarding what and how much you can eat, to the last phase, where you have learned proper eating from the other phases, and this is more of the "lifestyle" healthy diet you basically stay on. Or it can be a guide if you wanted to tweak the diet a bit. Don't forget to add in some cardio to your routine and some strength training as well.
