Glike/Glika: Created by Jews from the (Judeo-) German common noun meaning happiness.
Ruda: Is Rode. The ancestor of this name, Radokhna, was borrowed in the Middle Ages from Czech Christians among whom the spelling forms Radochna and Radohna, and their derived forms, Rada and Radka, were common. Thee stem is is derived from the Czech root 'rad' - joy. Czech Jewsish migrants brought it to Poland and Austria.
Necha: is a derivation of Nechama.

Ruda is also a Polish word - it means red-head (and the 'a' at the end signifies that it refers to a female).

Pessi is an American style nickname for Pessel.
Pessel is either from Perel, or Basia.
