Anyone have a good recipe for garlic bread using French bread?
I like it to have a lot of garlic and not over done.
Please post the recipe with an idiots guide. I need exact directions when I do something for the first time.
TIA.

Here's how I make it:
In microwave, Melt 2 sticks of butter (you can use Margarine if you want it to be Parve) in a Container.
Use a Garlic-Press to crush about 3-4 cloves of Garlic. (Use more or less depending on how HOT you like it).
Add to the melted Butter.
Add: Salt and Parsley (Fresh Parsley is best, but dry is good too).
Mix well.
Put in the fridge until it solidifies.
Spread on Bread, and toast.
Oh, I forgot to add:
If you want to make a whole loaf.
Slice a loaf of bread into thick slices, BUT not all the way!!!
Spread the garlic-butter in between the slices, wrap in foil and bake until outside is crispy, and the butter is all melted.
Delicious!!!
