I posted this elsewhere but got no replies so I am asking again:
I am looking for a recipe for fish loaves. There is one that goes something like this: Defrost fish loaf. Add eggs, matza meal, carrots and celery(maybe other veg). Blend in food processor. Bake. Does anyone know of exact, or at least approximate amounts of, ingredients to use for a recipe like this? What temp and for how long to bake it? Covered/uncovered? What other veg can be added?
