Bump.
Anyone have a good and easy recipe. Plus, how long do you bake it? Covered? Temperature? Thanks!

Have you tried OldYoung's teriyaki wine steak? or life'sgreat's meat marinade?

You can halve the sauce ingredients for Swiss steak, and bake covered for 2-1/2 to 3 hours, like for minute steak.

Thanks so much! I don't have the ingredients, so I think I'll stick with my basic meat sauce. Next time.
