Hi, does anyone have a recipe for parve creamy mushroom soup? - not with barley.

Not a real recipe, but the way I would do it based on the milchig one I make is:
Make a roux of 4 TBSP olive oil and 4 TBSP flour.
In a separate pot, sautee chopped onion and mushrooms. Add broth or water (and soup mix if you want). Bring to boil, add roux, and simmer for 30 minutes covered. Puree. Add salt and pepper to taste. If you want it creamier add a cup of soy milk if you use that, bring back to boil, and serve.
