Whaddya think of Kosher Inspired?

I liked some of it but with all that hype I expected MORE. Their Teimot in Israel is so much prettier and has many more recipes. But it was a good start. I'm sure it'll get better.

I enjoyed reading it. I look forward to them getting better though.
I was really happy to see that they have Norene Gilletz on staff!
(I'm interested in trying the lower fat baked doughnut recipe.)

I was also interested in the baked doughnut, I hate standing over hot oil.

I liked it, for some reason my 2 year old was fascinated and sat on my lap and we looked at it together.

I love food magazines! I made tonight for dinner the baked chicken burger from Kosher Inspired and it was delicious!

I got mine with my mishpacha - gorgeous!!
mamabear I dont think you have to shell out extra money for this yet

I like this better than teimot - much more classy

first time is always hard to strike the right tone - esp with a new concept in the market - but I think they did great considering. I'm not into chanuka mode yet, but when I am I might appreciate the variety of optiosn there

it is totally a cut above anything else we're used to these days, and I cant wait to see whta htey have coming

I think the opening was at kosherfest, no?

You know what my sister calls this whole phenomena? The food photos with stylists, designs, beautiful backdrops?

I would love to get this. Does anyone know if its being sold yet separately in the stores or only part of the Mispacha?

only part of mishpacha
I think they're starting to sell separately next time around - they had a subscription card inside

Fantastic.

Hate to admit it, but I'm really not a magazine person at all... except for food magazines. I'm a sucker for recipes.

Why is it called Kosher Inspired? It sounds like it's non-kosher food inspired by kosher food. Like dairy noodle pudding to accompany the unshechted brisket. If it's inspired kosher food then shouldn't it have been called Inspired Kosher?
