When I eat too much sugar I get lightheaded and can't function as in my mood is down and I am not as active.. dont have energy..(asides from the weight gain)
If I eat white flour it makes me very tired and bloated
When I eat fried foods like potato chip and fried chicken I feel a little sick in my stomach and head but thats ok. Its not that bad. but my energy gets lowered.
All this makes me feel inferior like something is wrong with my system.
Is there anything that makes you sick?

sugar makes me low. same goes to wheat. avacado lands me in emergency room. beans make me bloated. bananas make me constipated. too much milk gives me a headache... feel better now?
