onions - grilled first...
put on top of steak with cranberries... put in oven

broil it with a some salt and garlic powder or broil it with duck sauce and soy sauce about 15-20 min a side. both are delicious

I hope youve had dinner by now! 
my favorite thing to do is marinate it first, cook it slowly on the stovetop with onions. add green beans, zucchini, and mushrooms near the end. serve with rice.

delic and very easy (I guess for next time...)
bit oil so moist,
MONTREAL STEAK SEASONING and if you like the taste, A1 Steak Sauce. Broiled. yum!

I thought the best way to cook steak was first to sear it on both sides in a super-hot pan, then finish in the oven.
And what kind of cut of steak would you recommend that won't break the bank? I tried minute steak and we don't like all the gristle (sp?)
