This is really really good and super easy to make. I usually make it Rosh Chodesh or for birthdays because its expensive.
Skirt Steak
Apricot Jam
Onions
White Wine
Slice onions thinly in rings and lay on bottom of 9x13 pan
rub the meat generously with apricot jam
slice another onion thinly in rings and lay on top of meat
pour some white wine, abt a cup over the meat.
Broil on HI for abt 13 minutes on each side.
Enjoy!

Mmmm, looks good! I saved this. Thanks!
Btw, how thick is your skirt steak? Isn't 13 minutes each side a long time?? I know that when I make skirt steak, if I do it 5 minutes on each side it's already overcooked.

Its pretty thin. But it gets crunchy when you broil it. It doesnt burn. We like it more well done I guess!
