Can someone recommend a kosher omega 3 that tastes good for kids?
how much should my kids get (for brain health) each day?

Get a sample from your pharmacy. They use to have chewable ones, with a hechsher.

thanks. I think the chewable ones don't have much in them, I am prob. looking for a liquid.

why dont you give them eggs or fish... that usually does the trick.
