Well, you know the famous weird example: One twin is born on the last day of Adar I and the other on the first day of Adar II. The older boy has his bar mitzva a month after the younger boy.
Sharing a shul leining and kiddush is fun and economical! We managed it twice - two of our sons had a friend born in the same week. It was like planning a wedding with two sides. Good practice for working with mechutanim!
