I say Shema to my baby while I'm putting her to sleep (around 8pm). I wanted to know if I have to say shema again when I go to sleep (around 11pm-when I'm not being addicted here!  )

I would think that you need to cuz the shma you say for her is for chinuch not for your personal chiyuv...but better ask a rav--or try askmoses.com

I heard that you can say krias shema al hamita earlier than when going to bed and just say hampil when going to sleep, if you feel you may not be able to say all of it before bed.

I'm just wondering if this is okay I say Hampil with my kids. The older one says it by herself but the baby I say for her is that okay, considerring the're not aloud to speak afterwards, or if its for chinuch its okay?

I say Shema, just the first paragraph with my kids at bedtime and then if I can I will say the whole thing...but usually I count it with them.
