where could I get (in the brooklyn area, boro park, etc...) some good second hand clothes so 'someone' can dress up a chassidish guy??
I am looking for a hat, bekishe, vest etc...

There is a gemach "Malbushei Kovod" in BP for bekeshes, but I don't know if they would lend one as a Purim costume. Especially if the "someone"  wearing it is a lady.

nope, not a lady, my husband, he likes the polisher shtick, this is the only time of the year he gets to dress up so he wants to do it properly!!!

Skip the vest and get woolen tzitzis....
If you write what size you want maybe someone on here has some old stuff.
