Finally! These came out good!!
Cut up potatoes into bigish sticks.
Put into boiling water for about 5 mins.
Meanwhile heat baking sheet with oil in oven.
Drain potatoes sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and chilli powder.
Drizzle with oil and mix to coat.
Take pan out of oven and put potatoes on (oil should be hot enough that when put potatoes on they sizzle)
Put back into oven (375 deg)
Bake till golden/crunch looking. Taking out once in the middle to mix.
