when she was fasting on YK, she wasnt feeling well. after the fast she ate and she went to bed and she was still not well and she didnt wake up in the morning.

sadly I few years ago - a young cousin of mine fasted on Yk

and he passed away . his name was bentzion

and he was from florida .

What's the point of this thread? Why is it necessary to post sad news? It's not beneficial to anyone, it's not like there's anything anyone can do.

The girl that passed away doesn't need a bunch strangers musing as to why she died.

I don't see why people LOVE to spread bad news.

I think the point of this thread should make up realize how lucky we are to be alive! This girl was just a few years younger than many of us....

Actually Mom of twins a relative of hers heard about this right here in y=the Imamother chatroom this afternoon. She logged on, somebody mentioned it , then posted the link to the crown heights news, and there she saw her very close relative Sad

Needless to say, it was a shocker.

The girl's name is Chana bas R'Yosef and her neshama should have an aliyah. She suffered from a heart condition.

Malkie how do u know she suffered from a heart condition?

Are you related to her, or were you there when she passed away?

To make a blanket statement like that you better have some real good information to back that up.

P.S. I am her cousin this has nothing to do with fasting on Y'K, she had a brain aneurisym which just happens sometimes nothing to do with her heart she was healthy and just didn't wake up.

If an autopsy wasn't done, and I assume it wasn't, then you would have no way of knowing that.

I have read various opinions about what she died of. Obviously some posters are right and some are wrong.
