how do I cook it? I bought a pack of frozen mini- steaks. never seen them in the u.s. not sure if they exist or what theyd be called there. I want to serve it for friday night. can I just put on bbq sauce and roast it? what temp? how long? is there a better easy yummy way to cook it? thanx!

If it's minute steak, you can place sliced onions under the meat, cover in barbecue sauce, and bake at 350 for 2-3 hours.
If you'll be keeping it warm on a blech, bake it for the less amount of time.

no,its not minute steak. it's small round pieces of meat. I just poured bbq sauce over it and baked it. it was good. onions probably would have been a good idea. know for next time

I'm pretty sure they only sell it in Israel.
I usually grill it with bbq sauce and vegetables, for pretty short because they're really small
