My husband likes plain cooked Lima beans for lunch but doesn't get full for long. Any ideas for a protien I can serve with it (not chicken)?

Did you know that lima beans are a protein? Would he like whole grain to go with it to make it more hearty?
Would he like brown rice with tomato sauce (pureed with zucchini, carrots) or barley sauteed with onions or quinoa with mushrooms? That and a couple pieces of fruit would be a healthy lunch that tastes good. You could make a bunch of servings of each and freeze them in lunch-box sized portions. Put them in frozen and they should defrost by lunchtime.
Hmmm. Sounds good! Too bad I am making spaghetti and meatballs...
