Get one of those flat underbed storage bins that look like radioactive Tupperware containers. Posters can be rolled up into cardboard mailing tubes but then they'll be curled up and you'll have to flatten them each time.

For a cheaper and flatter version - go to a store that sells oaktag and ask for an empty oaktag box. They will be the right size for your posters but won't take up any more space than necessary.
