Did anyone read this book? And if you did, did you find it helpful?

I read another book by Ellyn Satter when my oldest began solids. I don't have it it front of me now. I don't do everything she says but I was very influenced by it. My kids are very good eaters and my guess is that some of that is from what I learned from her (although I really don't know--maybe they were just born that way.)
