I've never used her myself, but there is a lady in Skokie who has been advertising in Acheinu and Only Ads for many, many years. Her name is Ida Haris (Accurate Laser). I remember friends using her years ago for electrolysis but now she is mainly advertising laser. PM me if you need her phone number.

I'm the original OP.
I've used Images Medspa, formerly located in Old Orchard, but now they moved up the block (further up Skokie Blvd)
They have occasional promotions which made the price doable at the time.
