I either marinate veggies in Italian dressing, or a quick version- olive oil, salt, pepper, italian seasoning. Then grill until desired doneness. Yummy!

When I grill steak on the "george foreman" (it's not the real one), I also cut vegetables up and grill. Maybe I'll add salt, but not always. My kids love the grilled onions the best.

You can smother it in olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and paprika. then bake it in the oven.
you can also saute in a frying pan and add a little sugar and soy sauce and it tastes delicious

I make it all the time its so easy!!! chop up ur veggies, mix them in olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, parsley, a tiny bit of basil....lay them on a baking sheet or on skewers. bake 350 for like 20min or until they look done to u. You can use cherry tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, eggplant, zucchini, peppers.....
