Hi,
I am looking for ideas for girls names which represent Chessed -- or friendship.
I live in Israel -- I am wondering if Yedidya can be a girls name in Israel (I know American girls with the name).

Rut, Reut, Yedida - is the girls name Yedidya is the boys name - the girls name is very rare in Israel.

A chasida is a stork. It's called chasida but is not kosher because it only does chessed with its own family. Not the exact definition of chessed I'd want my kid to have!
