Nauli yoga move

I would love to learn the Technic of the nauli yoga move. Just from watching it on youtube doesn't really help me. can someone break it down for me? would be greatly appreciated.

get into the posture (kinda leaning over resting your hands on your knees or upper thighs for support
take a deep breath in, expand your chest/belly
breathe out forcefully, round your back as much as you can
here's where it gets tricky, I'll do my best to describe
inhale but without opening your mouth or nose meaning do not take in any air. just pull in the muscles of inhalation as if you were to take in air. instead of the air from outside, this move will create a vacuum effect in your body. then you can contract your abdominal muscles and flatten them against the curve of your spine (its rounded out remember) until your abdomen in concave.
now when you contract the right side of your abdomen all the muscles shift right, then do the left. when you get good and fast at this you can make it ripple across in waves.
exhale and breathe normally again a few times before you try again.
it took me a lot of practice to get it, but its very powerful (and addictive) so well worth the effort imo

Question: do you need to have strong stomach muscles in order to do this?
I can barely do a sit up and I'm wondering if this would be possible for me

like any other exercise, it will strengthen the muscles you use to do it and the stronger those muscles are the easier the exercise will be.

dont wonder, try it and see. but dont give up easily, the coordination of it can take a while to learn
