What do you hold you can heat up? I prepare a piece of foil to cover the platta with for milchigs.

I learned I can heat up a fully cooked solid. just wasnt sure if lasagne and quiche are considered 'solid'.

gm, we hold if there is a small amount of liquid, it is still considered a solid. Also, even if the cheese will melt, what counts is the state it's in when you put it on the platta (all this, of course, assumes as you said that it is fully cooked).
But I know there are other shittas, so everyone should ask their own rav (no, I'm not going to give out the name and number of who told me this )
