What to give an devoted E.N.T?

I just finished with a full two years of visits to the e.n.t with my toddler. I have to get her something very nice but I also want it to be a bit cute. like maybe something with ears.
Does anyone have any idea of what can I give her to show my appreciation? She was the BEST!!!!!!!

I never got the gastro an official good bye gift, I know I'll be seeing her again if/when we have more kids but took her home made doughnuts on chanuka free of her son's allergens and a big fruit platter the last official time we where there, was my son's birthday and I decided a fruit platter is more interesting than bakery cake.
