I live in a tiny community with a very small school. out of desperation they hired me to be a junior high limuday kodesh teacher, I will be teaching parsha, halacha and yehadus,
does anybody have any advice, websites, books that I could look at it?
this is not my first time as a teacher (I have been subbing for many years), but its a first for these subjects and this age.

As far as teaching materials go, I use chinuch.org when teaching elementary school.

I taught junior high students for a bit...
from my experience (I have no idea what your teaching environment is like) - expect chutzpah and roll with the punches. Speak with a loud, confident voice, be strict with them, and stick to your curriculum. After the first few weeks - your rules will be set and you can then ease up with them and show a lighter side to your personality.

And always remember: each student is a whole world. There is major drama for them at this age, and it seems like pointless shtuyot for all the adults, but for them - it's their lives at stake. Treat each student with great analysis, care, and sensitivity, and daven for each one of them.

Bhatzlacha!

I'm afraid I can't really answer your question, but I will add a comment. Please realize that if you were given the job they felt you would be able to handle it. Otherwise they would have left the class without a teacher. Please do your best to do everything in your power in order to be the best that you can- leave that other attitude out of the classroom as it will affect your teaching. Best of luck!

op here-wow thanks so much for the advice! both excellent.
great point about having a lot of 'shtuyot' at this age, I have been inside this classroom be4, and it is amazing the level of drama, I will keep your advice in mind.
thanks again
