Does anyone use a vacuum sealer to freeze food?
Is it worth it? Will it really keep foods tasting fresher?
Is it just impractical?
Just looking for opinions.
Thanks!

one thing to remember to ask your rav about is kashrus. If you freeze meats with it, if it sucks in anything then it may be only used for fleishigs etc...

I once researched building a website around vacuum sealers, although I don't have one, I read a ton of Amazon reviews about them.
The cheap ones break easily, and don't work all that well.
The expensive ones really do make a big difference in most foods. You need to keep buying the special bags that match your machine, so it probably doesn't save you much money, but if you do a lot of advance cooking and appreciate nuances in taste/freshness, and can afford the machine, then it's a good value.
