Hi I bought the fasting pills for nursing mothers. I am wondering if it works? Has anyone tried it in previous years? Also my bottle is in all hebrew words... would anyone be able to translate it for me? It comes with four pills. Do I need to check with my doctor before taking it?

I think you are meant to take one of two before the start of the fast. There should be a rough (badly done) translation somewhere in amongst the hebrew.
I don't know if it made it easier or better for me since I never tried without but it definitely didn't make it worse.
It doesn't hurt to try.
