My husband finally found a job and stopped going to his sheltered workshop program. He would like to give a gift to his Social Worker and his Occupational Therapist who both helped him a lot. They are both female and we have no idea what to buy. Would it be weird or innapropriate if he would give them a soap basket or a basket with body wash, perfume etc.. Any other ideas are welcome. We are both at a loss as to what is appropriate to give.

Go for a gift card instead, so they can choose what they'd like. I am very particular when it comes to what scents I like, and would much prefer to choose my own stuff.

I've been giving gift cards to Amazon. You can get pretty much anything you like there.
